Customer satisfaction survey
Dear client, in order to improve the quality of our processes, we need to know your opinion about the service provided. For this we have prepared a short questionnaire, which we would be extremely grateful if you complete. Please indicate the level of satisfaction perception suggested by each question posed with values between 0 and 10, with 0 being the minimum satisfaction value and 10 the maximum. Value -1 does not apply evaluation. You can also include in the “OBSERVATIONS” field any information that is relevant for you to transmit to us and that helps us improve.
